Mike McCabe is the executive director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign and will discuss the recent passage of the Impartial Justice Act that allows public financing of future Supreme Court Justice candidates. Further legislation is being proposed in this session that will regulate special interest monies that can be used against a candidate.
